Terms and Conditions: Read Carefully
These Terms of Service govern your use of AutoTrade (local execution software) and our Pine Script services (Strike & Forge). By using any of our products, you agree to these rules. No financial advice. No performance guarantees.
Welcome to AutoTrade
AutoTrade provides a local execution agent that converts alerts into interface-level clicks on broker platforms. We also offer Pine Script services (Strike & Forge) to audit, fix, or build strategies. We do not offer brokerage services, portfolio management, or investment advice.
By accessing our site, purchasing service packages, or installing AutoTrade, you acknowledge that trading involves risk, including loss of capital, and that you—not AutoTrade—are solely responsible for decisions, configurations, and outcomes.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our products you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing changes; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Our Commitment to You
We aim to deliver reliable software and clear, reproducible Pine deliverables. Strike and Forge focus on code quality (non-repaint where feasible, alert integrity, documented assumptions). AutoTrade focuses on deterministic execution, logging, and risk-lock mechanisms.
Feedback helps us improve. Contact us if you identify bugs or documentation gaps. While we do not guarantee trading results, we will address defects in our deliverables consistent with the scope agreed.
Registration
To access subscription features (e.g., AutoTrade updates/support) you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to keep this information current.
If required by law or for fraud prevention, we may request verification. Failure to provide accurate information may result in limited functionality or suspension.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend or restrict access to protect you and our systems.
Account Usage
You agree to use our products lawfully and to comply with your broker’s terms, exchange rules, and applicable regulations. You are responsible for configuring alerts, quantities, instruments, sessions, and risk limits.
You must not misuse AutoTrade (e.g., circumvent platform security, conduct prohibited automation, or violate third-party rights). We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or security risks.
General Limitations
Our software and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant trading outcomes. Market conditions, data quality, broker UI changes, OS/security updates, screen states, connectivity, and your configurations can affect execution. You are solely responsible for testing in SIM, setting risk locks, and validating alerts before live use.
Third-Party Services
AutoTrade interacts with third-party platforms (e.g., TradingView, brokers, n8n) but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Interfaces, APIs, or UIs can change without notice; continued compatibility is not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for third-party terms, availability, pricing, data accuracy, or security. Review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before use.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service or subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where prohibited, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
